I know you've all came here wanting a healthier lifestyle and/or to lose weight.  Everyone has different needs and different areas that they want to work on and I am excited to tell you that I have paired with a fitness and nutrition coach to help everyone stay on track.  Using the ultimate body applicator and all of the other AMAZING it works products is a GREAT start, but in order to maintain those results, you need to eat healthy and get into a routine of working out.  I'm not going to tell you to go bench 175 pounds or run 15 miles but what I am going to do, with the help of Laura, is help you reach and maintain those results that you're looking for.

Laura and I were on the same cheerleading squad in high school, so I have been lucky enough to have known Laura for 10 years and counting! :)

I wanted to provide everyone with a little something more then most of the It Works distributors, so I asked Laura if she would mind if we worked together to get some helpful information to all of you!  Of course she agreed! :) YAY!  Laura is a Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Specialist in Chicago, IL and she is absolutely wonderful for letting me share her knowledge with all of you.

I drink the greens every morning with either orange juice or whatever juice I have on hand for my kiddos.  Let me tell you, IF there is a day that goes by and I forgot to start my day off with the greens, I can definitely feel the difference.  Now when you first start taking the greens, you won't feel the difference right away, but fear not, the product IS working!

Defining Gel

The Defining Gel can be used between wraps to help maintain your results.  Since you can only wrap every 72 HOURS, this will help you keep your results favorable.

Let me tell you, a LITTLE goes a LONG way.  You may think that the more gel you apply, the more favorable results you'll get; that is NOT the case.

When you apply the gel, you will want to make sure that you rub it in COMPLETELY by using circular motions.  This will help you achieve the most successful results.

The Defining Gel also TONES, TIGHTENS and FIRMS, just not within the 45 minute time frame, like the wraps.  This product is wonderful for stretch marks, cellulite, eczema, vericose veins (spider veins), dry, cracked feet, and basically anything you can think of!!! :)  This product is amazing because it has SO MANY uses and of course the application is EASY!!!  There are many people who apply the gel all over their body daily when they get out of the shower, just to keep youthful looking skin and.... IT WORKS!

So, what are those CrAzY wrap things?

So I'm sure you've either heard of those crazy wrap things or I've got your attention and you want to learn more!  Either way, I am going to tell you about the most AMAZING product I have ever seen!

The Ultimate Body Applicator is a body contouring wrap that can be applied ANYWHERE on the body -from the neck down- and it TIGHTENS, TONES AND FIRMS in as little as 45 MINUTES! I know what you're thinking... YEAH RIGHT!  Well I am here to tell you that I am living proof that this crazy wrap thing WORKS!  Everyone that I know just LOVES these wraps because they ARE life changing and they DO work!

So... what do these things look like?!  The wraps are prepackaged individually and ready for application.  Let's just say the cream on the wrap is 'liquid gold'.  So this is what the wrap looks like, OUT of the package! haha

You take this bad boy out and slap it on... BAM! 45 Minutes later you're skinny! :) 

The technical process:

1. Carefully remove the wrap from the packaging 

2. Cut it to size (depending on what part of the body is being wrapped, ie. legs, arms, butt), of course, if you are wrapping your back or your tummy you will NOT need to cut the wrap 

3. Place the side with the cream on the area to be wrapped 

4. Secure tightly with saran wrap or the Fab Wrap, to ensure that the wrap stays in place

6. Once you have completed the 45 minute wrap session, remove the seran wrap/Fab Wrap, take the wrap off get as much of the cream off of the wrap as you can, rub in any remaining cream and discard your wrap (They can only be used ONCE ;))

** You WILL want to take BEFORE and AFTER pictures, front and side views, so you can see your results.**

This crazy wrap thing continues to work for 72 hours AFTER you have removed the wrap.  Be sure for those 72 hours that you are drinking half of your body weight in ounces of water DAILY! (YOUR WEIGHT / 2 = OUNCES OF WATER DAILY) 

You can continue to take pictures daily for those 72 hours if you would like to see the 'progression' or you can wait until the 72 hours have passed and you'll end up with 2 AFTER pictures.  At this point, ENJOY your results!  They are REAL and this product did WORK!
